We express our wishes to you in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and the Father glorified name are feel happy to introduce the programme the name “MISSION”. There is noboast to say that among us there are somany God Servants (Pastors) sacrfiec their lives in God’s work (Ministry) to achieve souls. This ministry has not give to angels. It is our blessing because it given to us. So glory to God. Today, constantly we are looking disputes against pastors and churches in many places. It is our opinion that It is the time to see the reasons to happened situations. Some of the issues came into our vision are : 1. Some of the God Servants passing their time by sharing some other Pastor’s examples as their own examples. 2. Some of the God servants are ding their Gospel ministry for their own benifit only instead of the benifit of the Society and the church members. (Not all the pastors but due to some one It is saying) 3. There is no Christ in Today’s Christian Society.

Do take the above reasons the Founder of Aathmik Aaradhana DIOCIS Bishop Vijaya Rao arranged a “MISSION” programme for the Indian Chrisitan church development the main concept of this “MISSION” is that the God Servants are working for the development of the Society without the difference of caste, religious and sex. It is our goal to proclaim this truth to the world. For the benifit of the church and the leaders, we are trying to bring change in their lives economically and socially. We gather the information about the encouraging schemes. Some of public and private sectors. And also we arranged so many programmes for their benifits. Athmic Aaradhana DIOCIS in extending its service to all sides of the country from Delhi Since 2008. It forms as a fellowship in 12 states with 120 Bishops and 1900 God Servants. We are pleased according to our Lord as we have 400 churches with about 25000 believers registered in Aathmik Aaradhana. So, Firstly our MISSION programmes will be in our 400 churches. By doing this, without showing the difference of caste, religion and sex. Athmik Aaradhana try to develop the church as well as society. For this purpose it is arranged so many programmes. The Activities of MISSION

1. MISSION 16 EMPOWERMENT SOCIETY

•  Form a 16 member self help group from every church elected him as a president of that group.
• Give recognition to that self help group by AATMIK ARADHANA DIOCESE and open to local Bank accounts to that groups. 
• Arrange an understanding meetings to that groups to provide industries or self employeement and to arrange suitable schemes to that groups through MSME from 450 available schemes
• Encourage the projects especially based on Solar and by using natural resources to get extensively profit to that groups.
  

2.MISSION FOR WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

According to 2011 population there is 50% women among the people which belong to the states of Andhra and Telengana. So we can understand generally the importance of woman role in the development of state. So that we arranged many schemes through our “MISSION” to stand economically on their own foot to support her family and children with freedom.

• To establish self-employment training centres for women. EX: Traitoring Training, Computer Education, DTP…etc
• By identifying the qualified women and encourage the to establish employment centres and industries.
• To provide benifit to interested DWACRA groups through MSME with recognition of that DWACRA groups by Aathmic Aaradhana

3. MISSION FOR YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

If we compare the youth of India to the other nations in the world, we an final the huge number of youth only in India. It is a proud thing if we change this much of youth poewr to the sake of or benifit of our Country, really we will be get wonderful results. For this purpose our “MISSION” arrange somany activites.

• To identifide and encourage the students who stopped their study in the middle of the academic year due to lack of finance.
• To establish skills development training centres freely to develop the skills among the students
• Conducting seminars to identify the qualified.
• Establish training centres to provide self –employment through vocational courses freely
• Arrange seminars by experiened faculty to aware the youth of interested to establish industries
