HOUSING PROJECT

We have started a housing project on a pilot basis in two Telugu states. The Andhra Pradesh state government is working towards the target of constructing about 3 lakh houses by 2021 in the name of ” JAGANANNA COLONNIES ” for the poor. The concerned authorities have already started the operation, which is an auspicious moment for the people of the state to fulfill their dream of owning their own home. It is an undeniable fact, But that the impact of COVID-19 has left irreparable damage to the miserable lives. in this painful time our organization is working with MISSION CHARITABLE TRUST with their co-sponsorship in collaboration with some construction companies to get involved in this great thing.

How to build a government-sanctioned housing structure in 3 ways!

  1. Government model structure:
    A. In this method only the government will build and give the house without any changes subject to their terms and conditions
    B. For this the beneficiary government has to pay Rs.1,80,00 / – to the trustees for the construction (as the bills are deposited in the beneficiary’s bank account)
    C. In addition the beneficiary’s share is Rs. 50,000 / – to be paid to the trustee or to the construction company selected by the trustee on the day of the agreement.
    D. The remaining amount is paid to the trust company
    E. The entire process will be judicially agreed in advance (cost Rs. 5000 / – to be borne by the beneficiary
    F. Agreement can be completed and handed over within six months from his date. (If the weather is favorable)
  2. Government Model Structure – With changes inside the home:
    A. In this method, quality long lasting material and pillars in the construction of the house, running beams, good floor, interior can be modified to your liking.
    B. For this the beneficiary government has to pay Rs.1,80,00 / – to the trustees for the construction (as the bills are deposited in the beneficiary’s bank account)
    C. In addition the beneficiary’s share is Rs. 145,000 / – to be paid to the trustee or to the construction company selected by the trustee on the day of the agreement. (Payable in two installments)
    D. The remaining amount is paid to the trust company
    E. The entire process will be judicially agreed in advance (cost Rs. 5000 / – to be borne by the beneficiary
    F. Agreement can be completed and handed over within six months from the date of Agreement . (If the weather is favorable)
  3. House with stair elevation:
    A. In this method the house can be built as shown in the picture below
    B. For this the beneficiary government has to pay Rs.1,80,00 / – to the trustees for the construction (as the bills are deposited in the beneficiary’s bank account)
    C. In addition the beneficiary’s share is Rs. 200,000 / – to be paid to the trustee or to the construction company selected by the trustee on the day of the agreement. (Payable in two installments)
    D. The remaining amount is paid to the trust company
    E. The entire process will be judicially agreed in advance (cost Rs. 5000 / – to be borne by the beneficiary
    F. Agreement can be completed and handed over within six months from his date. (If the weather is favorable)
